Great overall but would have been nice to not have to email customer service to find out that there were delays with the orders being shipped be cause they were swamped with orders. Its a good reason for a delay in my opinion.

It took forever to get my product. Then it was the wrong product. I need to return the item after waiting over a month for it.

I ordered the Molle Handcuff and Mag pouch combo. I t was nice to have a matching color (Navy Blue) for my duty ballistic vest. The quality is also good and made to withstand everyday abuse (Wear and Tear) will definitely get more gear from HSG!

Great company with great products that they back 100%. Easy to order and find what I need. Only recommendation is to update the site so the dropdown menus work properly with cellphones. Also add which products come with the universal clips provided and/or which one would require additional universal clips. Both very small recommendations. Overall, great company, with great staff, fast response times and awesome products!
