Finding what I was looking for and ordering was easy. What needs to be improved is after the order has been placed. It was not immediately clear that each pouch is made to order. (That is awesome by the way) When I placed the order I did not receive an email and a check of My Account wasn't clear my order was received. My Account only showed the items I ordered but no reference or order number was listed. Could be a little more clear.

I ordered my products in April. We’re one day away from July and have yet to even receive a notice that my item has been shipped or began to be processed.

First off the product is amazing used it for duty for years. The website is fine, it’s easy enough to order and understand except for one part… the smallish print saying all orders are made to order and are waiting 6-8 weeks. Also I didn’t make and account till after I made my order so there was no way to check my status. The window is correct and I did receive my order in the 6-8 weeks but there was no way for to see the status and check the order. Some streamlining of the site would help for dummies like me who don’t read fine print!
