As of now, this is in the realm of "too good to be true." I just hope this doesn't turn into one of those services that starts out excellent to attract customers and then quickly changes its policies, level of service, fees, and overall care once it grows its customer base. I was looking for a new platform to receive my international payments, but you usually lose so much money through exchange rates and fees when receiving your funds, and this was basically the best option I was able to find. I was on the fence about using this platform since you usually want to go with the biggest names or the most advertised companies. This one seemed a bit more niche, especially since it doesn't even have a mobile app, but my payment arrived quickly, customer support answered my emails promptly, and they offered a solution right away. Everything worked flawlessly and it was exactly what I was looking for. I don't have anything to complain about. 5/5. I will update this as soon as something happens.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us such a detailed and honest 5-star review! We completely understand your hesitation. It is very common in the fintech space to worry about a service changing as it grows, but our core mission is to make payments transparent, fair, and reliable for the long haul. We built this platform precisely to solve the issue of high fees and poor exchange rates, and we have no plans to change our commitment to you. We are also thrilled to hear that our customer support team delivered quick, helpful solutions and that your first payment went through smoothly. As for a mobile app: Stay tuned, because that is something we are actively looking into! Thank you for giving us a chance over the bigger, more heavily advertised names. We are fully dedicated to keeping your trust, and we look forward to continuing to provide you with top-tier service.

I've been on Higlobe for quite some time now, around 1 year. They really never let me down, they are transparent, simple enough and have all the things you need to receive payments from abroad.
