I have used Hiveon as a mining rig management platform and Asic software for years without issue. When I have had problems, live chat support helped me troubleshoot my issues many times in a timely manner. Thanks to Hive, I am able to keep my small operation running!

Since Ive been using hive-on Ive been very grateful for the help Ive received since embarking on this journey. I think it would be much helpful if the details was more detailed and not just to the point with no explanation.

I've been using Hive for the last 5 years now. What can i say, you want to make you life simpler managing anything from a small when i started to over 30 rigs nows. always a simple, templates, wallet management alerts on temps or mining speed droping... i realy enjoy using hive on a daily basis honnestly. The support team is pretty fast at getting things in order when something is misbehaving. Wouldn't recommend anything else honnestly

Good when it works... Shame the Web Application is always down!!! Extremely difficult to sort out flight sheets, Overclocks, Wallets etc, When the GUI is always crapped out.... Would have thought, With how popular HiveOS is, They could afford some decent servers! because even when the GUI is up and running, You often get slow downs when loading things up, With pop up errors.... Another thing that annoys me, Is the (Hssh start (failed, exitcode=1) Everytime i want to open up Hive Shell.... Hasnt worked for days!!! And yes, I did activate it in the settings etc..

Thank you for choosing Hiveon OS and for sharing your thoughts. Recently, we did experience some turbulence due to a DDoS attack, which affected your ability to monitor your farm and use Hive Shell. Our team has been working around the clock to stabilize the system, not letting it affect the uptime of your farm and prevent it from happening in the future. We understand the frustration that comes with slow GUI responses and Hive Shell hiccups. Our apologies for the inconvenience you experienced. We've taken measures to upgrade our systems to deliver the reliability and performance you expect. Your experience matters to us, that's why we keep improving Hiveon OS, to make sure it's your go-to option for crypto mining for decades. We appreciate your patience and are here to support you in every step of your mining journey. For any questions, or if you want to chat about how we can further improve your mining experience, feel free to contact us at [email protected] or via Live chat on hiveon.com. We hope you'll come back soon with a 5-star review, we're working on it. Have a great week ahead!

Our company manages a lot of ASIC miners, and Hiveon has been 100% readily available to develop solutions for batch management of our installations. Frequent firmware upgrades, quick fixes for bugs and very competent and available support team, always ready to assist in keeping us running. Kudos to the team and everyone involved. 10/10 would recommend to anyone managing these kinds of installation, without a doubt.

Absolutely love Hive OS. So easy. So seamless. So convenient. Could not imagine managing my farm without it...especially as it continues to grow.
