GREAT experience at Hogan Tire in Waltham! We will be coming back. I dealt with 3 people here and everyone of them was helpful, knowledgeable and really put the customer first. They were honest and worked hard to get my new tires and install them in a timely fashion. Keep up the great customer service, Hogan Waltham!

Best of the Best! I've been there many years and every time they have a chance to make an extra buck off me, they don't! Honest company!

I've dealt with Hogan Tires for several years and am usually very satisfied. However, this last visit was quite UNsatisfactory!. I had a 12:00 PM appointment to purchase 4 new Blizzak snow tires. I arrived on time and planned to return to pick up my car in an hour's time. When I arrived at 1:15 PM, I was told that the car was not yet ready. My car was eventually ready at 3:00 PM. I had to wait 3 hours to have 4 tires put on. Totally ridiculous. I must say that the Service Mrg. was apologetic and polite.

Hogan Tire is terrific. They made it easy to make an appointment. They were ready when I arrived and were finished early. The car is running great thanks to the new tires from Hogan.

Always a good experience.

I brought my car in for a rotation and balance. Waited 30 minutes and was told that the car was done. I get out to the car, hop in and could tell immediately that the tires weren't rotated or balanced. The right rear tire was patched a few weeks back, that patched tire was still on the right rear. The had me wait in the waiting room and did nothing. So dishonest. Will not be going back... Zero stars.

I have relied on Hogan Tire for over 30 years and I have always had wonderful service. Everyone is so nice and accommodating. My tires are changed with the winter/spring seasons and they have done quality service replacing my brakes and other repairs.
