Item advertised and pictured was a 3d shadow box to hang on the wall. Item delivered is a 2d poorly printed picture of a shadow box on a piece of acrylic. None of the images on the website are of the item that was delivered.

I love my rat fink door mat. However I’m displaying it on my workbench. It looks perfect there and makes me smile every time I see it.

This company is a ripoff what they advertise and what you order are two totally different items it's complete false advertising I paid 55.00 dollars for a 3-D wood cabinet key holder with the figurines inside and a bundle of balloons. What I got was a piece of acrylic with some hooks and a printed picture of what I actually ordered. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! If I could give them zero stars I would.

The Veterans doormat was misprinted. I asked for “Platoon 1060” and it was printed as “160”, no platoon. I don’t have the mailing label to return it. Is there something You can do to fix this?

If I could have rated lower I would, we purchased for $49 the NFL football pillow that looked big in the picture and more detailed. What we received I wouldn't have spent .01 for. Very poorly made with the cheapest material possible. When I asked for a refund and to return the sad pillow, I was told they would give me 20%, I declined that and they said they'd pay 50% and that it basically wasn't their problem about the pillow. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Ordered the item and waited for over one month for the item to arrive. I contact the customer support office at least three times of which they told me that they were awaiting shipment from China. I should have demanded a refund. The product should have been a local product and sent to me within a few days. I will never order from this company again. No apologies or anything from this company.

I love your product, the mat is awesome! It did take a bit to finally get it but it was worth the wait. I would definitely recommend it.
