Don’t understand why as a certified, non-practicing athletic trainer is limited on the courses I can take. I paid way too much money to not have access to all courses

Good morning Joshua. After reviewing your account I noticed the problem. In your profile, your license was listed as a "non-clinical" license rather than an ATC. The system will only present to you the courses that you have an identified license type for in the system. I have updated your account to include an ATC license and verified that the full set of courses is now available for you. Should you have any additional questions please let us know at 800-554-2387. I will also have one of our service reps reach out to you today. Thanks for trusting HomeCEU with your CE needs!

The courses are easy to access, professional, and very thorough. I learned so much that I ended up taking more classes than I needed because I wanted to learn more!

I enrolled in a live webinar that was scheduled from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The associated test was required to be completed by midnight on the same day. Unfortunately, I was unable to complete the test within the allotted time. As a result, I called the following morning, first thing, to request access to finish the test; however, my request was denied. I was informed that I would receive a refund, but no extension would be granted to complete the test. I found this response to be quite inconsiderate. Unforeseen circumstances can arise, and when participants are unable to complete the course requirements—especially when the course itself concludes late at night—there should be reasonable exceptions. We are all professionals and fully understand our responsibilities, but rigid deadlines without any flexibility fail to account for real life situations. I was frustrated and disappointed.

Hi Dimple. Thanks for reaching out and sharing your concerns. We certainly understand that life happens. While we would love to open the exam for you, our hands are tied. As an accredited provider of CE content we have to perform to standards to ensure fair, equitable and consistent application of rules to our users. This is a requirement of us by the accrediting bodies. We do have many additional webinar offerings occuring this month and beyond. We would gladly help you in the selection of another webinar on us if you would like. Give us a call at 800-554-2387 and one of our representatives will gladly assist.
