The contents of the course are explained in detail. The rate is affordable for consumers.

Great service!

Don't use HomeCEU for any Pennsylvania CE license requirements. They don't send course completion to the state and it's impossible to get in touch with any support. Waste of my money.

Good morning Jeanette. Thank you for the feedback on this matter. It causes me great concern that we have left you with this perception of our service. It is our goal for eveyone to have a 5 star experience. I did review your account and customer service log. I do see where you have reached out and I see where the service team has responded to you via email. It appears that your account information is incomplete which is preventing the reporting of your PA Child Abuse course completion. The Support team will reach out to you again today and discuss the missing data. The company definetly reports all required course completions (which your's is) accross the country to many different boards and entities. We will get you taken care of today. Thanks again for your feedback and the opportunity to serve you.

I had requested links to reset password twice, and initially had not heard back from the company. After posting a review, they did contact me and sent the appropriate information to resolve the situation--thank you!

Good morning! Thanks for reaching out. In reviewing your account it appears our customer service team sent you instructions yesterday, 12/8, to access your account. If you did not receive it, please check your Junk Folder to ensure it did not get trapped there. If you prefer, you can reach one of our customer service agents at 800-554-2387 and they will be happy to help. Thanks for trusting us with your CE needs, have a great day!

The ce package for renewal was an exceptional value! Being able to take webinars in addition to other types of multimedia formats for continuing education credits makes this the best membership that I’ve found!
