The videos are good. The meetings are good. No real accountability; if you're looking for someone to hold you accountable for your progress, or to push you, not sure you'll get that here. Also, they say 10K per deal, but the reality is it depends on your investment area. The people really do seem nice, but I'm not sure it's worth the price tag.
