Homesnap customer services has been very reliable when I have encountered any problem. They quickly respond to a request and follows up making sure that the problem has been resolved.

I use this system to search for houses as the MLS mobile system is terrible. I spent the extra money to get the pro plus to help with marketing and found all those extra special searches really don't work most of the time

They charge you without your authorization, then when you try to contact someone about it no one responds for a while. Once they did respond, they said that there was nothing that they could do about it... Complete fraud. This app is completely useless and definitely not worth $599. Please STAY AWAY from HomeSnap!!!

My clients & I all love HOMESNAP. Listing info is accurate & it’s easy to share homes and chat about them. The lot line mapping data is sometimes off, but I’m sure it’s because accurate lot lines are not readily available, it would be perfect if lot lines were accurate as well or if questionable lot line data was appropriately labeled as unreliable. However, on balance, it’s still the best tool!

I'm always using Homesnap, especially when I'm on the go and need to look up a property for a new lead. Or if I'm in an area with a client I can quickly see what other homes are for sale nearby. I can run CMA's on the fly, contact listing agents quickly. There's so much that I can do with Homesnap. I'm not sure what I would do without it.
