Excellent service! Kristina was very helpful and patient as I tried to find the description of the property in question. What I realized afterwards is that when I originally signed up with HTL, I had done that online and had never talked to a human being. All the time I have been a customer I have wondered if I would encounter a U.S. based representative if I needed help or if I was going to get farmed out foreign speaking rep that was going to be difficult to understand and work with. Thank you for being a home based company!
