The CBD had the reverse affect on my dog. It made him too aware and he got more reactive to people in my home rather than calming him 😔

My dog is suffering from Pancreatitis. He was put on a rigorous low-fat diet. I contacted your company for the fat content of HONEST PAWS Calm Soft Chews and was told that the FDA would not allow you to provide it. I was on auto-renewal. Your company was the only one (including prescription food dog companies) that refused to give me that information. I do not know at this time if he will be able to continue with these treats that calm him down. This is disturbing.

Honest Paws CBD Infused products cannot be categorized as pet food or specialty pet food due to the ingredient of Organic Full-Spectrum Hemp Oil and are therefore regulated as animal remedy/supplement products. A supplement is required to identify the specific ingredients' purpose and intended species as it is not a complete diet food. Because these products contain Organic Full-Spectrum Hemp Oil and have cannabinoid content as part of the label, we are unable to generate a guaranteed analysis statement, which would include crude protein, fat, fiber, and moisture, as it would then classify these products as feed items. This would then be in contention with Federal and State regulations, so we simply do not have the requested crude fat information as we are bound by these regulations. We do, however, generate a lot-specific Certificate of Analysis for each Honest Paws CBD-Infused product containing cannabinoids, heavy metals, mycotoxins, pesticides, residual solvents, microbial analysis, and filth & foreign materials testing that is available to download at any time. We understand the importance of meeting your pet’s specific dietary needs regarding feed and supplement products. If you wish to see nutritional labels, our feed products, like our Honest Paws Multivitamin, do contain the Guaranteed Analysis statement as this is a specialty feed product and does not contain Organic Full-Spectrum Hemp Oil. For further guidance, we recommend consulting your veterinarian, who can provide tailored advice and suggest a diet that addresses your pet’s health concerns.
