Everyone I speak to has been pleasant, professional and always willing to help. Every time I’ve messaged through the app the responses are very prompt. They stay on top of script refills as well as ensuring you are aware of any upcoming blood work that needs done.

I am a long time acne sufferer. Have seen so many in person dermatologists and was getting very frustrated. I work odd hours that are not conventional and make booking in person doctor appointments a huge pain. I saw Honeydew’s instagram ad and was drawn to a 100% online service. This is my second run with Accutane, but my first time was done traditionally through in-person visits. It’s been five months in, and my skin has cleared up again, which is wonderful! :) What I really like about Honeydew as opposed to my first time is that it’s both convenient and affordable. Ms. Sarah Kenis supports me as the provider, and Ms. Rachel B. supports as the care coordinator. Whenever I have a question, there is a message chat that is always available to me, and they’ve been exceptional in answering my questions and soothing my concerns. It’s also surprisingly much more affordable compared to my first round of Accutane, which I’m very thankful for. ^^ Love, LOVE Honeydew.

This is my first time ever working with Honeydew and it truly has been the absolute best experience! The providers are extremely knowledgeable and are easy to access when wanting to ask questions or address any concerns! I also truly truly enjoy the care coordinator I am assigned to, Melissa, who is extremely attentive and very communicative! I am using Accutane for a second round and I wish I had used this app the first time I went on the medication a few years ago under a different provider! This experience is flawless and so efficient and you save the time and energy of having to go drive and wait in a lobby for an hour then get to speak to your provider, everything is virtual so it makes life way easier! Shoutout to honeydew and all the amazing workers, going to recommend everyone to use this app!
