My battery would not charge. So I contacted Honiture for their advice, they were so helpful and extremely professional. I simply had to send photos of my vacuum charger and the battery. They asked me to try a couple of things, they didn't work. So now I've got a new battery on the way, well done Honiture for great Customer Service 👏 Thank You 😊

We have been using one their new standalone cordless vacuum cleaner for a few weeks now, have to say it is one of the best ones we've ever had but just wanted to add something about their customer service, It is without doubt it surpasses a lot of established companies efforts. Had a slight issue with a part so contacted HonitureClean and they were so helpful and responded so quickly, They offered to send a new part out almost immediately at no cost so cannot fault their customer service, An absolute delight to deal with.

I do like the vacuum. It doesn't bump into everything. The one negative is it doesn't go under the cabinets. I use a broom to sweep under cabinets & it vacuums it up. I haven't used the mop feature. So, I can't give an opinion on that feature.

I’m writing this review because I am very pleased with the Honiture X7 Cordless Vacuum, and I am even planning to order another one as a gift. It is lightweight, easy to assemble, and very convenient to use, especially when cleaning small or hard-to-reach spaces. The cordless design makes it much easier to move around the house without any hassle. The suction power is excellent, especially for a battery-powered vacuum. It picks up cat litter and cat hair very well from different surfaces, which makes it a great choice for pet owners. I also like that it has three suction levels, allowing you to adjust the power depending on what you are cleaning. The battery life is very good and lasts long enough to clean a large home. The battery percentage display is also a useful feature because you can clearly see how much charge is left while cleaning. Also included in the original package are an extra filter, a cleaning brush, a wall mount, and a charger, covering all essential needs. Another positive point is the value for money. Compared with other vacuums I have used before, this one feels powerful, practical, and reliable. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and good-value vacuum.
