Good install, the installer did nice work. However him and the estimator were not on the same page which caused a trip to Lowes. Even then they didn't have the right parts and we ended up without running water overnight The next morning the installer showed up a bit late and completed the work but didn't check to make sure the water was actually running. It worked fine but for some reason he left it off. So, the work was good but the experience could have been better.

Great customer service from initial call for help through the resolution of a clogged pipe issue.

I felt the plumber over charged us knowing we were dealing with minor inspection issues while selling our house and were in a time crunch. When the job was slot less complicated than he had anticipated and took a lot less time I said well great then hopefully the price will be less since you'll be spending less time. And he said "no the price will remain the same. it's just a lot less work for me."

The people that I talked to were nice enough, but their service was way overpriced. $220 to unclog a bathtub drain. I won't use them again.

Called Hope Plumbing to fix a clogged kitchen sink. They came out and explained everything, gave me lots of good ideas and advice, fixed the clog and made sure everything was running smoothly. They let me know what the charge would be before doing to work and price was fair. Everything was pretty quick and was happy with the whole process.

Replaced garbage disposal in a timely fashion and for a decent price.

Very smooth process in the replacement of both. Plumber kept me informed of many parts of the progress while he was working which was nice!
