We contacted Hope regarding an issue my grandmother was having with her toilet. They came out promptly, kept in contact with us the entire time and fixed the same day. The price was reasonable, technician was super friendly and gave us various options for our price range. We used them because our family owns a home improvement company and they always take great care of the clients we refer them, as they did with us in this instance.

Presented options and found a way to make the repair happen timely and at a reasonable price. Would recommend them in the future.

Did not complete inspection as promised. Arrived before getting home and indicated that he could not complete the video inspection as needed. He indicated that there were too many turns, that prevented him from getting the optical cable to the area of the cleared clog. He recommended an upgrade to my drain system that would cost more that I could have expected.

Came out in timely fashion. Explained every thing that they needed to do and quote was fair. Would gladly use service again.

We had a faucet leak on the outside of our home. We scheduled the appointment over a month ago only to have the plumber show up 2 hours late and we had to reschedule because we had to be elsewhere. We rescheduled for a couple weeks later (I had to take a day vacation from work) only to have the plumber not show during the scheduled hours (despite the fact that I called and confirmed the appointment early in the day) and the plumber called at 6:45pm only to say that he was unaware of the appointment and was still a half hour away and was too tired from his last appointment (I don't blame him for that). We rescheduled and the plumber showed up during the scheduled time but never called to let me know he was coming. All of that being said, when he did show and do the work he did an excellent job and fixed out problem.

This team is great. Very professional. Explained everything to me and everything was handled promptly. They have you sign off prior to the work and after to ensure your satisfaction. We've gone through many contractors for our homes, this company is one of the best!

Good efficient work,
Dawn
They were on time and professional. They made sure they always wore protective foot covers when moving between outside and inside the home. They also pointed out some items I was not aware of and was able to correct right there on the spot. While they were not inexpensive, they were thorough and I believe they did things correctly.
