Hopin is a great tool! It really presented all of the great features of an in-person expo online! I would attend another event on Hopin.

The platform has excellent quality, there are many improvements and is very useful to make a virtual congress or event where you can attend to various conferences at the time.

Ashley
I had a generally positive experience using Hopin. There were a few issues with identifying how to get to the session of choice in a virtual conference that had a large variety of break-out sessions. I would love to see a feature that allows me to schedule my sessions (like in Sched) and have them automatically open once the time comes instead of having to navigate to them manually.

Hi Ashley! Thank you so much for your Hopin feedback. Our product roadmap does include a new feature to let attendees build out their own Hopin schedule (although sessions wouldn't open automatically). We've passed your feedback along to the Hopin team!

Annoying that you can't have more than 5 people on stage. During our speaker panel, we wanted to allow attendees to join us on stage. However, not only was it not possible, but there was no messaging around the reason it wasn't working (presumably because we were at max number of stage speakers)

Thank you for your Hopin feedback, Song! You're correct, currently there is a maximum of 5 speakers on the Hopin Stage, although if the event organizer is using a Moderated Hopin Session they can have up to 20 people on screen at once. And if the Hopin event organizer is using StreamYard, they can have up to 10 people on the Hopin Stage at once. Hope that helps!

Great experience. I have seen quite some services similar to this one recently, Hopin however added more to it. This was quite a pleasant surprise. Keep up the good work and service!
