All of the staff I've dealt with at Horace Mann were professional and courteous. I was able to save money on my auto insurance by switching to Horace Mann. Although I did not save on homeowners insurance, the coverage is better than my previous plan.

When I was looking into purchasing a new vehicle my old insurance quoted me at $100 more than the current policy I had with them. I reached out to Horace Mann and they gave me a quote lower than my current payment. They are quick to respond and willing to do what it takes to make your insurance affordable!

Extremely slow to respond to claim. Impossible to speak with someone to resolve issues. When requesting to speak to a supervisor, this company will repeatedly say that you can not and will promise to follow up on your request and not do so.

Wow! What great support! I was rear-ended days before leaving home for a month. Horace Mann took care of all communication with the repair shop. When I returned, my car was fully restored. I've never had such extensive damage, and this was by far a much better experience than I've ever had.
