It’s been over 5-months and 75% of my funds still haven’t been transferred yet. Disclaimer: I had many, many brokerages to transfer over. Every timeline I’m given has been missed and my latest follow up has been ignored. Horizon already charged me their fees despite the fact that it’s almost been half a year and I still don’t have the majority of my funds in my account yet. I’m really not even confident my transfer is still being looked at at this point.

Alliance shield directed us to Horizon Trust. He said we are moving money, and didn't say it was a transaction. Horizon used the exact same words, even though they had an invoice in front of them. They said nothing about $45.16 per coin. We lost over $200,000.00 in the deal. Horizon called to verify the transaction without saying anything about the transaction. Never updated our account down, so they could charge for the full amount we deposited.

Horizon lied to me about what they could do for my bottom line with the monies i was to invest in their self directed account, they had no good products to choose from and no decent help at all, once my money was moved over they was done with me and i was left to feel my way around,aboutrn8 months i moved my money in hopes i could achieve better they penalized me $500.00, said it was at the end of the fine print of the application, the fcc doesn't do a thing about these and other scams so watch out as to where you place your hard earned retirement or investment monies.

I have been with Horizon Trust since 2015. I have received no help with my account, but have seen the balance diminish every year with their $400+ annual fees when my account sits in a cash account. Then when I finally decided to make my money work for me and transfer the money to a reputable broker it took multiple phone calls to confirm the paperwork I had submitted was my wish. Then over 2 weeks to get the check processing. Then to add salt to the wound...I was charged $500 to close my account!! Stay away from Horizon Trust!!!!!

This Company has so many stupid people working in this place that don't know what's going on and they show it. I been with for five years now. Every time I call they have no answers. It seems like they just want to fill your head with the bull crap. As they tell you it your fault. Which happen twice. I want to get out of HTC. I do not trust them. The fees are high. The service is like talking to a dead animal.
