Would give 0 stars if able to. Immediately once I approved the order, I was contacted by my credit card company stating multiple transactions were attempted. Attempted to reach out to Hormify and the only way to contact anyone is by email. I want to cancel my order but can't speak to anyone about it.

If I could rate this company zero stars I would. I ordered the one time 3 month supply. When I got another charge a month later I emailed stating I did not not sign up for a subscription and was emailed back stating no additional charges would be billed. Then I was charged again and they continue to refuse to refund even after I provided their email confirming no additional charges would be billed. They have no customer support all there responses are from an AI bot. On top of that there were no results at all from the product. This company is a scam.

That does not mean every interaction is handled only by a bot, and billing or cancellation issues that need further review should be escalated appropriately. I bought this product use for 30 days saw nothing change. I canceled subscription right away never return other bottles I forgot. Months later received a 100. Charge for 3 bottles. Sent a request again to cancel again!!! and return /stop shipment. I was told to bad bottles are yours and no returns. They sent some long email with contract info so they can keep my 100. Buyer beware!!!!!!

This product DOES NOT WORK, I took it for over 3 months and absolutely nothing changed. I wanted to cancel and they ended up charging me to cancel my subscription even though I told them I had absolutely no results. I know for a fact that a company can post fake 5 star reviews which is most likely what they have done. It is nothing but a waste of money and false promises do not be fooled.

Unauthorized charges. Knock it off if I want to reorder if it works I will, but don't just charge me for shit I haven't ordered or reordered. You like to be sneaky with that auto reorder and I do not want it. Let me make sure it works and so far no proof is in that pudding. Again cancel cancel cancel cancel and cancel !!!!!Get it?

I requested cancellation of the Wellness Subscription on 6/15/2026!!! I requested the cancellation of the Hormify supplement on 9/1/2026 after finding out the ingredients can stimulate breast cancer cells. I received a confirmation of cancellation with a $5 supply difference charge because of the date I requested the cancellation due to some special offer. On 9/14/2026 I email again regarding a notice I received that I would be charged $19.99 for the Wellness subscription soon. On 9/15/2026 I emailed Hormify why I was being charged when I had requested the cancellation. *I received no response On 9/22/2026 I was charged $19.99. 9/22/2026 - I emailed asking why I was charged because I asked for it to be cancelled. *no response On 10/14/2026 I requested for confirmation of the cancellation because once again I received a notice I'm going to be charged again soon. So just now I get a notice it was finally cancelled! WHY hasn't my initial request been addressed from my first request to cancel the Wellness Program?? I’ve been charged 3 times. It appears to me their business practices are manipulative! I've been ignored to keep charging me after requesting cancellations I'm planning to report this company to the BBB. This is ridiculous! I want my refund for these excess charges from when I initially requested to cancel this subscription. There’s no online account for anyone to log into to make edits, changes, or cancellations of products. When you order the supplement subscription you are also signed up for the Wellness Program if you don’t catch the offer when you sign up for the supplement; which is a separate charge. They aren’t a package and the Wellness Program signup can be overlooked. When subscribing you have to request cancellation of both items separately. They aren’t a joint package. This is manipulation and misleading the consumer.

The Wellness Program and Hormify supplement subscription are separate subscriptions, but if you requested cancellation of the Wellness Program on June 15, that original request and the charges that followed should be reviewed carefully. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!!This product did not work for me and made me extremely sick. I did a one time purchase and somehow they still did an auto ship every three months. I have emailed the customer service team 3 times now and they still are sending me their garbage and charging my account 114 dollars every 3 months. Think before you purchase unless you want money stolen from your bank account every quarter for product you did not order and check to see if it counter acts with any prescriptions you take. I don't normally leave reviews or bad ones, but seems they don't want to make it right I feel others should be made aware before they order.
