HorowReviews of horow.com

Its not the right size, i order the toilet from Amazon. It didn't come with the tanks cover. I didn't go ahead and return it. Because the expense was too much to send back and it was on the customer. Now I purchased another one, and it doesn't fit right?

Great company, great product, and wonderful support.

What a product! Never thought a toilet could be so good. Quick delivery too.

My initial inquiry was not addressed properly. However, Horow promptly followed up, and after my reply, continued communicating with me until the issue was fully resolved. I will do further business with Horow because of their customer service!!

I absolutely love my Horow T38P! Ordering, receiving and installing it was easy-peasy, and I (an almost 60 yo man) was able to accomplish the install all by myself. Yes, the toilet is heavy, but I lifted it with the help of a Plumber's Toilet Lift & Carry Tool that I'd gotten from Amazon before my Horow arrived. Now, about the customer service: Outstanding! They were so patient and helpful. I'd ordered 2 toilets from them to begin with, changed my mind TWICE before finally settling on one (the T38P), which means they had to cancel and then re-order for me, and they did so with no hiccups or complaints. The lady I spoke to spoke perfect English and was super nice. As for the toilet itself, it arrived carefully boxed, extremely well protected and on time. I've had not a single issue in the several months I've owned it. But should an issue develop I'm confident that Horow will assist me in any way they can. Plus they have many videos on their YouTube channel explaining how to replace parts, how to maintain your Horow product(s), etc. I can't offer a single negative about the toilet or the company.

I purchased a one-piece toilet from Horow for our bathroom renovation and I’m very happy with it. I no longer have to worry about dust collecting in all the crevices like with traditional toilets, which is a big plus. I also reached out to their support team and they responded right away, which I really appreciated. It was great that I could order the flush button in black to match my hardware… that detail made a big difference. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the quality and, most importantly, the excellent customer service.

Order was on time
