HorseplayReviews of horseplay.com

I deposited 10 dollars then it said I had no funds to play though it showed the 10 mins you they have the promo deposit 10 they double that which did not happen it showed it was took from my bank though both times I deposited the 10 for a total of 20 so I did a withdrawal so hopefully that money will be put back into my bank account and I no longer will be using this site if the money does not appear back in my account I will be highly frustrated because I work hard for my money and I barely spend it on me so this is rare for me to even do.

I first found out about Horseplay from Slot Youtubers. And I am happy I did. Horseplay is Legit. Cash Out: I received my first cash out cash out via ACH in 5 business days. My First Experience: I signed up with the Welcome offer. The welcome offer is very generous, with a 100% match up to $250 and only a 10x Play thru. I played threw the playthru. The slots were very exciting and play uniquely. Was super fun! And its so nice to see a different way to play the same slots, its like watching your favorite movie that you already watched 100 times and you know exactly how its going to play out, get recreated with all the same actors but re-filmed into a new movie. And because of this, the movie(slots) will once again, give you nostalgia and catch you off guard. Oh...And I got lucky and won a Jack Pot! So yeah, you can win those here too! **Huge Bonus perks to point out, HorsePlay offers a guarantees on the all the credit packages that you will walk away with at least 25% of your credit pack purchase. Example, if you buy the Ruby pack, which is $250, it will state (click the icon to read the terms) that you will win at least $62.50(25%) and if you run into a bad run, they will compensate you up to $62.50(25%) if you win less then this total amount after your 'entire' pack is played one time, and you are free to Withdrawal this money too, you don't have to play it. I mean, how many casinos offer that?!?! Slot Play: You will notice a lot of Sweep Stake slots here, but these slots are programed differently and do behave differently, your money is not going towards a normal RNG Slot system, your money is being placed on Horse Races, and the Slot is used to reveal your results. So yes, the slots do behave differently than what you might be used too from standard RNG casino slot play that's just rolling dice in the background. When you buy a Pack of Credits, your Pack is divided among a few Horse Races, sometimes it picks them at random for you and you can play right away, and sometimes, you can pick the Races yourself, tho I'm not really sure how to get that window to pop up, it only popped up twice for me when I selected to buy another pack of credits, where it showed me the actual horses, the bet amount, and I could change them if I didn't like them, and then you have to wait about 15-30min for the race to complete, and then your credits will be ready. Customer Service: Im happy to state that Customer service was very kind and polite during the 2 different times and different representatives I spoke with and I was very impressed with the professionalism, and Kindness, and Caring from both of them. They talk to you on a person-to-person level with feelings and not like some money bags customer or number, and they did not rush the conversation to try to meet time quotas. You feel truly appreciated when working with customer support here and that these days, gets a big A+. Warning to Sweepstakes players: As mentioned above, the Slots while identical in visual effects to Sweep Stake slots, they are not the same, and will NOT play the same, as the programming behind the slot is completely different. So do NOT expect similar results from Sweepstakes Versions vs Horseplay version and vice versa. Overall Experience: Definitely something different and exciting. This is something unique vs standard slot algorithm. So, if you're looking for a change, or a spice to add to your normal slot play, but still seeking the thrills, this is definitely worth a try. The welcome bonus is perfect to give the system a try without risking much.

This app is amazing the staff is also amazing and very polite and helpful I just wish when you meet the boards you stay on and get rewarded instead of getting ranked off and loosing your spot and rewards completely and also you getting weekly loyalty credits I wish they did that for vip users wether they play or not like the other casinos do it would make the experience more exciting but other than that it a great platform I recommend

They claimed to not have received money I deposited in my horseplay account. I have emailed them with screenshot proof the money was taken from my account and processed, not pending. They closed my account so the money I deposited is just gone. They kept it.

After I deposited money it was taken from my account. As I was playing a game I was kicked out of Horseplay.com and it wouldn’t allow me to sign back in. I contacted and they said the money was never taken from my account so my account is frozen. I sent screen shots of the money deducted from my account and they said that wasn’t good enough basically. Wtf . I played here many times . Stay the hell away from this scammer site.

Stay away You will never win in here . Played over 2000$ at max bet 10$ all the time and didn't get a bonus or any big win.

I recorded a video of winning a triple pop bonus, and did not get paid what was displayed in the bonus. I sent them the video and it seems they weren’t even paying attention or understood how the bonus pays out. I spent thousands of dollars here and will not be playing anymore. A few months back I dropped a coin that said 2k, which I thought I won $2000 but then it changed to $1. I thought it was to good to be true any ways so I let it go. After getting ripped off with this last bonus, they probably did change the amount. I’ve won money on here, but it’s not a 100% honest site. Kinda feels like a scam now!

This platform is the absolute worst. The system looks up all the time. They interfere with your game with low credit alert...then you add money to play and it can take hrs to show up...then if you have 2 cards on file they can only send withdrawal to most used...ridiculous...then only allow 1 card...I l9ve 1 game but honestly this is just a terrible website....you can spend 500 a week and get 5 bucks back in free play...dont use their platform...
