I can't say enough good things about this company. Their customer service is stellar, at no point during my purchase was I left wondering about the status of my order. They delivered as promised in a timely manner. I was unsure if I would be able to use the product as it gets very cold where I live. They gave me lots of good advice as well as follow up to make sure things were working properly.

I purchased the first HorseProof in July to test on my destructive little mare. She has destroyed all automatic waterers I've tried. This one has passed the test. I recently purchased another and am very happy with the durability and ease of cleaning them.

We have had a great experience with these waterers! Our horses love them, they are easy to install, and the customer service is top-notch. We are currently replacing the waterers throughout our entire barn, which houses anywhere from 30 to 50 horses depending on the season. They have held up incredibly well, even with a few especially destructive horses who seem determined to test everything in their stalls. They have also performed great in the brutal Arizona heat. Dillion and James have been wonderful to work with. When a few parts were missing from our bulk order, they were responsive, helpful, and prompt about getting everything taken care of. We have been very impressed with the quality, durability, and overall design of these waterers, and we are excited to continue installing them throughout the rest of the barn. Highly recommend!

I had one installed for my mustang over a year ago and I just LOVE this watering system. It’s so easy to clean out, the water filter is easy to swap out and my horse loves it. I finally just installed another one, by myself, for my kids two ponies and I just feel better knowing that they are drinking filtered clean water. Easy installation and the cleanest water! I highly recommend.

I love this company. I love the waterers, and have now replaced all of my previous automatic waterers with HorseProof waterers. When I clean my waterers, I just replace the bucket with a fresh bucket and they are truly clean. Even better, my horses always have a full bucket from which they can take a long drink.

We’ve installed around 80 HorseProof Waters across our facility and couldn’t be happier with the results. The quality of the waters is excellent — durable, thoughtfully designed, and clearly made with both horses and handlers in mind. Our horses took to them right away, and their owners have been just as happy with the upgrade. Customer service has also been top-notch. Every interaction with the owners has been positive, professional, and helpful. They truly stand behind their product and are quick to respond when questions come up. It’s been a great experience from start to finish, and we’d absolutely recommend HorseProof Waters to any barn looking for a long-term watering solution.

My horse LOVES his new waterer, and it's so easy to maintain! I contacted customer service with a question about the connector and received a quick and helpful response immediately!

This is an extremely well designed product. When installed, the bucket filler is quite secure and sturdy, especially when I attached the safety strap. It is surprisingly easy to hang the bucket and take it down for cleaning. I love that it works with different brands of buckets.
