Great service and communications with rep. Hose Warehouse also offered much better price for same product we'd purchased before from different company.

My order shipped from multiple locations. It was faster than I expected. I will order again and see how freight shipping does. Thanks!

You accepted the order but not all items were in stock. Then weeks later you split the order and shipped what you had and then two days later you shipped the last item. Lots of extra shipping charges. :(

Sorry to disappoint, we're trying to take care of every order and every one as quickly as possible. Collet repair kits are not generally stock and the manufacturers are having difficulties in these times we're in. We appreciate your first order and for fittings/hose there should not be a delay except for shipping from Ohio to California.

I recently received an order for turbo hoses and the specified constant torque clamps for them. Upon looking these parts over, I noticed that the clamps barely covered the hose clamping diameter. In short, they are a little too large. I am going to examine the product line to see if a smaller diameter is available. Some sort of check of specified "mate" products should be done. Thank you. Otherwise , the products were a better fit than the O.E.M. Chinese junk.

Hello Theodore, I think I see the problem and you needed the FLX2584-0412. The OD of the Charge Air connection was 3.73" and the clamps are a minimum of 3.75" which would net your results. If we can fix, please contact [email protected]

Hello Daniel! Thank you for your 6th order since 2018 - I did a search in our system, the 3003W part you purchase is specifically for water and you are currently our only customer on these (Most customers use the 3003 industrial version) ... which means we order them from the factory as needed because putting these on the shelf would not be good business practice. If/When we start to develop additional business to warrant stock - I do apologize but we've got to keep these as an order-in as necessary part. It's how we keep our cost down and pass the savings on to you and your company. The 7/10 days is from ZSI Foster in Missouri to our team in Ohio, then to your forwarding agent in Florida. Although the purchasing manager is a pain in my backside, he's pretty awesome, and tries to bring in stock that turns, and tries to bring in the parts needed by our customers as quickly as possible. For this particular part in the future, please expect a 7/10 day lead time from us. I am sorry for the inconvenience.

Please note that this is feedback, not customer service. For customer service, you should contact [email protected]. Having being given the option to leave feedback means that your order was shipped 5 days ago. You are in Ontario Canada which may be why there is a longer ship time. You should have received a tracking number, which I show a truck shipment https://www.ups.com/WebTracking?loc=en_US&requester=ST&trackNums=055129244/trackdetails with an exception of Registered with clearing agency. Shipment release pending clearing agency review I see this is your second order from us, thank you, and please consider changing your rating of our company feedback based on the fact that it is a shipping issue through customs and we have done everything we could on our end to try to get you your product as quickly as possible.
