Both hoses were of excellent quality
Both hoses were of excellent quality. A little heavier duty than I thought but should last forever.

200 PSI Valueflex Thermoid was a great choice for durability and longevity, and make in the USA! :) Thanks, Ernest!

product dimensions were not explicit, got charged as a result, return process arduous and delayed
This website was not explicit (spelled out full words) about dimensions of the product (yet they still charged me restocking fee) and the return process required many follow ups and weeks from me. Much left to be desired.
Reply from Hose WarehouseOct 5, 2020
Sorry you had trouble, we strive to give as much information in our listings and answer questions pre-purchase as possible, and try to streamline the return process when needed.
