You order and it can take weeks before…
You order and it can take weeks before something is shipped. I'm looking for another vendor to replace these folks. I order parts to manufacture equipment and repair essential test equipment. My client expect fast service. I expect the same. I need reliability that when I order, it will be filled in hours...not weeks or months.

I am truly sorry to hear that Daniel, I do show you have ordered 4 times from us. Due to current Covid-19 conditions we are running 1/2 staff and cycling employees when possible to limit contact- we are trying to keep up on everything as best as possible. A customer like you is who we strive to keep happy with great services, products, and price... and I'm sorry we let you down.
