10 of 10, strongly recommended
So far, for my 10 years of experience, this is the best hosting provider I've ever used. I hope they keep the support and the pricing because both are unbeatable. Already purchased 3 hosting plans for this year.

We needed to carry out a migration that was very important to us and our clients, and they assisted us throughout the entire process. Due to the size of the account, it took a little time, but they always answered our messages and supported us every step of the way. Their support are excellent—100% recommended.

We completely understand how critical a migration can be when your websites and clients depend on everything going smoothly. We’re really pleased that our team was able to support you throughout the entire process and remain available whenever you needed us. Large migrations can naturally take some time, but our priority is always to make sure the process is handled carefully and that our customers are never left wondering what is happening. Exceptional customer support, ticket responses in 30 minutes
I have over the years been with about 10 hosting companies, none have been as quick at replying to ticket support requests as Hostilica. This is also the least expensive hosting i have ever used, and yes some of the way the server is set up is a little different to the usual Cpanel hosting i have been used to, but customer support have been quick, responsive, and a human thought out response each time. First 2 websites are now live, in UK, and the pages are loading equally as fast as any other , even UK server based hosting i have previously been on. Exceptional !

We’re especially proud to hear that you’ve found HOSTILICA’s support responses faster, more personal, and more helpful than what you’ve experienced elsewhere.
