Here Cancell the services from date 04/11/2020 Request a refound in the chat supporrt and request me to open a ticket with billing departament open the ticket and get this respondet. You would not qualify for a refund per the refund policy in date 04/27/2020 reason of cancellation in term of page is 30 day money back 100% is the service is wery slow and he hosting not open an one website. cancelation done same date of buyng it.

For the last month, I've given Hostwinds EVERY benefit of my doubt, but I'm now at wits' end. Below is the actual script from their so called "support" and is really a classic example of how they choose to tout a < 3 hour response time. It should make you wonder what planet they operate from. This is only the latest response, but is representative of what I went through with migration, OpCaching, DNS redirection, SSL certificate install, and email forwarding (2+ weeks and still unresolved... the straw that broke the camel's back). This should all be pretty basic for someone who's in the business... BUYER BEWARE!!! If I could give them 0 stars, I would because THEY DESERVE IT! Incidentally the ongoing email forwarding problem was originally reported 5/2/20 and had 19th communiques before they said it was resolved on 5/14/20, that first go around... it's really hard for me to believe these people can actually sleep at night? 05/20/2020 (14:55) Client Ok, it's Wednesday and now about 3 PM your time, so what's the problem? 05/20/2020 (13:48) Hostwinds Team Staff Hello, Thank you for opening a ticket with our Billing Department, we are happy to assist you. Our Billing Department's Hours of Operation are Sunday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM PST. 05/20/2020 (13:47) Client I've been here a bit over 1 month and have decided to go elsewhere for hosting because of excessive slow speed and poor quality of TechSupport. Please advise of how to proceed to get refund and terminate our relationship.

Outstanding technical support and customer service. I switched to Hostwinds after my long time host was bought out by a major company and I was dumped into a lousy overseas host. I pulled my two main sites immediately - well I tried to pull them immediately, this new host lost them for three weeks. That gave me plenty of time to research hosts and I decided to go with Hostwinds. The tech support team handled the whole migration and did it quickly and with no issue. I recently took back two sites that I previously managed, and immediately migrated to Hostwinds. Once again, they handled it quickly and efficiently. I did have a couple of issues but tech support was fantastic! They were efficient and patient, and best of all - friendly.
