I called for information on rooms rates, the lady that answers my called work with me, ask questions until I got what I wanted and even more. She went above and beyond.

They couldn't find the hotel I wanted to stay at and so accidentally booked me at the wrong one in another nearby city. Thet were quick to remedy the situation once I called back with this info.

The reservation was handled properly and I was very satisfied. I did not realize that you would not receive credit on their rewards program because of hgow it was booked.
