Absolutely beautiful, high quality and custom made as we have a pretty non typical shaped hot tub, Mike talked us through the process of measuring and came up with several templates for us to choose the style for us. The communication was phenomenal and the price was fair!

Bought new cover here. Within a month!! I noticed water getting inside vinyl cover, but not core. It started to sag. I notified them and they said keep an eye on it. The amount of water inside got so bad that the weight of water cracked the foam core...I cannot lift one side due to the water weight now. They said it was customer fault and they denied warranty. Lasted less than 1 year. DO NOT recommend at all. Wasted almost $500. Ive had at least 4-5 covers and NEVER had this happen.

Hi Eric, We are sorry that you had a negative experience with your recent hot tub cover purchase, but just wanted to provide some clarity on the nature of the issue. You reported to us in March of 2025 that your cover appeared to be taking on water; we responded within 12 hours and asked for more information on how the water was entering, and if there was water entering the foam core of the cover. We requested that you perform a thorough inspection of the cover and its components, since we are not on-site to do so ourselves. We did not receive any further information from you until August of 2025, at which time you advised us that you had finally inspected the foam cores and noticed cracks in the foam panel. We forwarded this information and the photographs you provided to our manufacturer, who reviewed the information and informed us that damage of this nature is not incurred during shipping, but by physical impacts or misuse of the cover after the customer receives it. Thus, since the issue was not caused during shipping or reported within 5 days of you receiving the cover (as the manufacturer requires) no remake or replacement options were available. We did offer to manufacture and ship a replacement foam panel to you at a discounted rate, but you declined the offer. We place a high value on customer satisfaction, and we are sorry that we were not able to resolve this issue to your satisfaction. If you ever do decide to proceed with ordering the discounted replacement foam panel we offered, we will honor the price we quoted to you. Best regards, Mike Smith Hot Tub Cover Spot - Support

I received my hot tub cover about a week ago (12/19/2025) after ordering on 11/26/2025 (less than a month). It fit perfectly, is made extremely well, and it's better quality than the original hot tub cover that I am replacing. I tried other web sites, but their ordering process was confusing, and then you get to the end and the other companies wanted $200 for shipping. Hot Tub Cover Spot included the shipping and the total price was several hundred dollars less than going through a local dealer. It pays to shop around. Satisfied Customer from Austin, Texas

I placed my order with HTCS on 11/16 - the website was very easy to use. I immediately received notification that the order was being processed, with an estimated timeline. On 11/28 they let me know the cover had shipped and gave me tracking, along with explaining how LTL shippers operate. My new cover arrived 12/9 - It was exactly as ordered and fit perfectly. Each time I reached out with a question, Mike would respond quickly. I'm really happy with it.
