I like that you do not charge host to list on your platform, which would defeat using direct booking for me. I use this as a way for people to direct book with me.

If there is something I don’t understand fully about reservations, I go to the help center and get my answers. Houfy has always been a great platform for my direct bookings and the lowest costs for me.

I've been on houfy.com for a year or two, not expecting much. However, I've had 2 booking requests in 2 days, both from overseas guests. Keep it up. You must be doing something right.

The site creation site is very troublesome. Pages don't work all the time. You can't click buttons or enter information and have to reload the page just to continue to the next page

Thanks for the feedback — and sorry for the frustration during site creation. That’s not the experience we want hosts to have. The good news is a full website creation overhaul is already in the pipeline, with the goal of delivering a far more stable, modern, and state-of-the-art experience. We appreciate you flagging this and sticking with us as we improve.

As a short term rental owner, I am always seeking ways to reduce the administrative costs for my guests and Houfy allows me to do just that. It’s an easy to use platform and I’m happy to get started hosting my guests without the unnecessary fees!

The host was great, we had all the information right when we needed it and host was easy to contact in case of problems. Everything was as it says it was, everything was clean, cozy and as described..
