I have several properties that I own and/or manage on Houfy, and have had a handful of direct bookings through this site. I have never had any problems with guests or any issues with processing the payout. It is a great direct booking site without any fees for guests!

I have both rented homes and listed my home on Houfy. Great experiences on both sides, easy to use, site help is amazing and best part is no middle man and no fees!!

As a host, I appreciate that Houfy asks for and appreciates host input. The platform itself is easy-to-use, and not having to pay service fees is a huge benefit to both hosts and guests. Highly recommend Houfy!

This is a great alternative for both hosts & guests to use! It avoids the high commissions normally associated with booking platforms. The great part is that it's always your property, your rules. But there is also support for more technical problems if needed. Awesome to deal with!

I have been using Houfy for a number of years now and I love it. The platform works very well, bookings come through easily and there is plenty of support from the tech team. I'm very grateful to the developers for this site.

Quick and direct response that fixed my issue.

Works well! Almost perfect but the calendar is somewhat glitchy so just be careful and double check prices, dates, minimum stays. Once that is fixed this will be a 5 star review.

Loving Houfy so far! It’s user friendly and the booking process has been flawless so far. Guests like that it’s an “official” booking site. I really like that it’s easy to return the security deposit as well.
