Material lists are a separate item that must be ordered and typically take 5–7 business days to complete, as noted on our website. That said, we do show that your material list was delivered today. Paid $1800 for a house plan that no actual house blue print and bad customers services. Recommend get your blue print from local so they can help you in person.

These are the full construction drawings typically used for building, but we understand there may have been a mismatch in expectations. The order selected was for a PDF set; printed copy sets are available as an option at checkout. You can also take the PDF to a local print shop to have physical copies made. We’d be happy to review your order with you, answer any questions about the plans, or help with next steps if something is missing. Great team from Plan designer, Jason and the website are just fantastic. Easily accommodated my questions and revision questions. Even pointed out the often overlooked “if I do this, this will need to be changed!
