Edith Gonzales was great to work with. She was very patient and very knowledgeable in helping us decide which house plan was best for us.

These are not downloadable plans. There is a wait time they mail you something

Hi Jason, we're sorry to hear that you were disappointed. We see that your order was emailed within 1-2 business days as stated online when you bought it - let us know if you didn't receive it. While some plans are available for immediate download, most are sent (electronically or print, depending on what one orders) from the designer. If you have more questions or would like to talk about your order, please call 1-800-913-2350.
