Stacey was great to work with
Stacey was great to work with. I do wish the plans were more customizable without such a significant cost change order

We ordered house plans that were reversed
We ordered house plans that were reversed and the materials list, but the materials list did not come reversed. Inquired to see if I could get the materials list (which had drawings) reversed and they are not offered. I did not know this before ordering the house plans.
Reply from Houseplans.comJun 22, 2026
Hi Wendi — thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry for the confusion. While plans can be reversed, material lists are generated separately and are not available in a reversed format. We understand this may not have been clear during the ordering process and apologize for any disappointment this caused. If you have questions about your material list or need assistance interpreting it alongside your reversed plans, our team would be happy to help.
