Thanks for your feedback, Kelly. We appreciate hearing from our students. We are so glad you enjoyed the Zoom calls and YouTube videos. We are very sorry to hear you didn’t feel fully supported when receiving feedback. The benefit of the PRO level is the ability to receive personalized answers to your unique questions. As professionals, sometimes we have to deliver news that students may not want to hear. Although it’s hard to deliver this news, we feel that being honest with the challenges that you may face in the future is important. With a combined 35+ years in the dog training business, we can often predict situations that have not yet occurred, and our feedback is based on what we believe is best for the dog and owner for a lifetime, not just this moment. Our course has been used by students all over the world, in vastly different living situations, and our support and feedback have been well received. We are happy that you are pleased with Leo’s behavior. We are happy to give feedback to any video submitted, including one where your other trainer was working with Leo. Even though he was with a trainer, it’s still possible to offer some constructive criticism based on the body language of the dog. The training industry is not well regulated and any individual can call themselves a dog trainer. Our feedback is based on our fear-free certification, animal behavior, and science degrees, and our continued education in the canine training field. We wish you and Leo the best as you pursue your service dog training.

Lauren, we are so glad you and your pup enjoyed the program. We take feedback like this very seriously and have been working hard for the last couple of months creating the next version of the course. The good news is that because you have unlimited access to the course, you'll get the updated course 3.0 with revised videos (better audio and lesson plans) when it launches (coming soon!). We hope you enjoy the newest version with even more training videos to help you train your puppy!!

Natalia, We are so glad you enjoyed the course and found it useful! Using it forever is definitely one of the advantages of having an online course with no expiration date. We are sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction with the microphone. We know that’s an issue in a few of the videos and we were able to correct it in some of the newer videos. We continue to upgrade the course each month and we will strive to improve these areas as well! We are all brave new learners, including using technology and video as an educational delivery method. Keep checking back for new updates to the course that will benefit you and your dog.
