Poor communication! Order No: 1537397. Placed order on March 3rd expecting the item to shipped within 24/48 hours. Six days later, on March 9th I received my first communication by an e-mail indicating that shipping of my purchase would be delayed for 3-5 days. Why didn't this e-mail get sent to me after 48 hours when the item should have shipped? I emailed March 13th asking if my item shipped, no response. I waited an additional six days and still no confirmation that my order had shipped, so I called on March 14th, and after 20 minutes on hold, I hung up and sent another e-mail requesting the staus of my order and/or cancellation. Again, no response.

My chiropractor recommended the junior Pillo-pedic many years ago and it was time for a new one. I decided to purchase it from HPMS because I was confident that I'd receive a genuine Pillo-pedic and not a knockoff. It arrived in perfect condition and I couldn't be happier.

I ordered a Frank Stubbs Deluxe Trochanter Belt - Small (2131S-Small, 25"-35"). However, the belt I have received is less than 35" long itself and can only fit up to 28" so I have no use of it. Still in the process of returning now. As far as I experienced, the shipping and responses from customer service are fast enough. Speaking of packaging, the box was sealed in a soft bad without protection so it got dented.
