I ordered knee sleeves.

We understand that an item may not meet your needs or expectations and we are happy to assist you with returns. Here's how; I ordered knee sleeves. The sizing is off, even though there is a chart for measuring your legs; always go for the larger size! It is annoying that there is no guest check out. Why do I need a password to buy something. The restocking fee (20%) is high and should be either reduced or waived for customers who exchange an item for a different size or model.

OPT Back Vitalizer
I received my OPT Back Vitalizer soon after ordering. Very quick turn around time. This is a replacement for one I’ve had for over 6 years and was very happy with. Ended up giving it away and needed a new one. The new one is a little larger and is made of equally high quality material. It’s perfect and gives my back the support it needs while driving. I highly recommend this for anyone with back issues.
