I would rate the company's response to order and fulfillment highly. I take away from the highest rating for not having the preferred product in stock, for not giving much more meaningful and quantifiable product information to permit improved decision making, and for presuming upon us in this fashion that we would actually be interested in taking OUR time to say nice things about them so their marketing department can feel good about itself though they have done N O T H I N G to compensate said reviewers for their time and effort.

Purchased the EVO 3D docking station and USB-HDMI converter, Both of which I could not purchase in store. The delivery was free and received the product in 2 days. Unbelievably surprised. All components were as ordered and were fully functional. No bait-switch or refurbished. I would definitely use them again and would also refer friends and family.

I ordered some batteries for my HTC Incredible. It turned out the model in Australia that I have is different from the one in America. So I got an email saying there was a conflict with my order. So I called and talked to a pleasant man there and I changed my order to get a portable battery charger instead. I received them within days and the price was good, too. Very pleased with the transaction because I got exactly what I needed instead of what I originally ordered. No worries at all on their part. Vince
