****BEWEAR****Don’t waste your time or money AN AWFUL COMPANY! weather you cancel your subscription or not you will still be charged and then when you challenge it, it then becomes oh well we don’t do refunds. Mind you it was 2 years ago that I did the free trial, got the trial and nothing else. Never charged nothing then in February 2021 I got charged. Disputed it because it was out of no where and I was under the assumption it was canceled, they shipped it to a completely wrong address. Finally after fighting with then for 2 weeks, they said sent the box back and we will issue a refund, which I can’t considering it wasn’t the right address, I was told well it was delivered there’s nothing we can do. Which I can’t send something back if I don’t even live there or got it. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS! Don’t get sucked in to this crap company.

The trial is a con to trick you into a subscription that is hard to cancel because you have to ring a number between certain hours. It would be incredibly easy to have a cancel feature on the website, like many other other subscriptions do, but they specifically choose not to to make your life difficult. Haven't received lenses yet but already don't trust this company.

Hi Rose, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. I’m sorry to hear that you have had some trouble cancelling your subscription and that your order hasn’t arrived. I know how frustrating this must be. I appreciate you sharing your thoughts about having cancellation option on our site. I can understand how that feature would come in useful to you. Unfortunately, it’s not something that’s in our future plans at this time. The majority of our customers use to manage their subscription online where they have access to skipping orders on their account page and changing the frequency of deliveries. If that changes, we might rethink your suggestion. In the meantime, if there’s anything else I can help you with, please let me know by sending an email to [email protected] with the subject line "ATTN: Trustpilot" and we'll get back to you ASAP. Looking forward to hearing back from you. Best, Roxanne
