Product is comfortable and I have had no issues with wearing them. I did find that I was receiving more than I was using. Had a little trouble finding contact info, but in the end all was resolved quickly.

Hubble is A scam! I canceled my prescription and they was still charging me. I had to have my bank get involved and block the payments from coming out. I have 3 unopened boxes of contacts that I can't wear nor will they refund my money back. Stay away from them!!! I will be reporting them to the better business bureau

HUBBLE HAVE STOLEN FROM ME! Hubble have used deceptive techniques to illegally re-start my subscription without my permission. They have taken money from my account without permission - this is theft! Look at the evidence below (screenshots from my email). 1. They sent me an email asking if I'm interested in re-starting my subscription for 50% off and that they will confirm before re-starting. I said 'yes' and then did not contact them again, expecting to receive more information and then make a decision. 2. They then send another email asking for information and state 'BEFORE I go ahead and reactivate your subscription and send you your discounted order, I wanted to explain the offer a little further and MAKE SURE YOU'RE STILL INTERESTED.....I also wanted to take this opportunity to make sure we have the correct information for your account. .....Just so you’re aware - BY SHARING THIS INFO YOU ARE CONSENTING TO US USING IT SPECIFICALLY TO REACTIVATE YOUR ACCOUNT AND PLACE YOUR DISCOUNTED ORDER' I did not reply to them. I did not share the information they requested in order to reactivate my account and I certainly did not give them permission to reactivate my account. Even though they did not get my permission or have any contact from me, they went ahead and reactivated my account and STOLE money from me. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK

The hubble service itself was good. Cheap, came on time every month. Customer service on the other hand was terrible; they couldn't answer a single question. All they did was copy and paste the same paragraph that had nothing to do with what I was asking.

I do see that this was cancelled over email on May 23 10:15 EST and the charge happened before the account was closed at 4:42 EST. We're unfortunately unable to cancel an order once it has been charged. I’m at a loss for how you continue to send me the wrong prescription with the amount of times I have contacted your customer service in regards to this.I have an entire years worth of prescription contacts that are +3.75 +4.25 that are useless to me. What boggles my mind is, why it is so difficult to change My account in Your system to -3.75 -4.25 after over a dozen emails and a year later..
