By the time I received them, my 30 day window to cancel my subscription had ended. They charged me for the second month before I even tried them. When I did finally try them, I found them incredibly uncomfortable and hard to get used to, as if they were the wrong prescription. When I tried to get a refund they wouldn't allow it. I cancelled subscription and lost out in the end. Plus, you can't even cancel your subscription online, you have to call and wait on hold for someone with no authority to offer refunds. Clearly in their marketing plan to get you locked in from the start and make it tough to leave.

I have poor cell service and I also have 3 children. I’ve had trouble calling the company. My prescription has changed 2x and the website does not allow me to change or cancel on it. It irritates me. So I’m always wearing the wrong prescription now. Anyways one day I’ll get through to them. Other than that, the contacts are okay and reasonably priced.

These contacts are so convenient! When I travel it's so nice not to have to worry about bringing along solutions and contact cases. They are so comfortable and their customer service is friendly and helpful. If you want to postpone a shipment, you can do that too. Schedule your contact delivery to met your needs. They've been great!
