I absolutely love Hubble contacts. My contacts come on time and they feel fantastic! I hardly even know I’m wearing contacts. I love the freedom that Hubble gives me with automatic renew ordering. I recommend them to all of my friends.

I have been a longtime customer of Hubble because i love the convenience of it all. My single use contacts work perfect for my lifestyle and being able to control my delivery timing is a game changer. My 4 star rating is only because in my last few shipments I’ve notice some dried out lenses.

With Hubble it is so hard to manage subscriptions. I rely on their contacts a lot but sometimes, because I sometimes get contacts that come with lent ingrained in the contact or slightly torn, and no matter how many times I try to clean them with solution or to make them work, they’re still painful to wear and I end up having to wear my glasses. I reached out to customer service but it’s just an AI bot. I finally got to a person and they just apologized and told me they couldn’t help.

Hi there, thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we sincerely apologize that our customer service experience fell short of the support you deserve. To help make things right, we have already processed a replacement order to make up for the pairs you had to throw away. A member of our team will be reaching out to you via email shortly to help you easily manage your subscription, gather a bit more information about this batch, and share some care and handling tips for our Hydro lenses to ensure a great experience moving forward! Kind regards, The Hubble Contacts Team
