Der Hubble-Autoresponder gibt eine Antwort auf meine Kritik, die völlig am Thema vorbeigeht. Das Problem war, dass die Linsen 14 Tage zu spät geliefert wurden und wir diese für den Verwendungszweck (Urlaubsreise) gar nicht rechtzeitig erhalten hatten. Für eine nicht (rechtzeitig) erfolgte und deshalb abgelehnte Lieferung Bearbeitungsgebühren einzubehalten, das ist und bleibt Wegelagerei.

I signed up for the trial and found the…
I signed up for the trial and found the product was not for me, I emailed their customer services team to cancel my subscription. They have since taken two further payments without permission. This company does not care about their customers, all they want is your money and they will steal it if they have to. Also their lenses will dry out your eyes!

Wenn's läuft, dann läuft's. Aber auch neben nur wenn's läuft. Viele Jahre Kunde. Bisher stets ok. Nach Umzug nun warte ich bereits seit drei Monaten auf Linsenlieferung. Kundenservice nett und höflich, aber nicht sehr informativ, was den Verbleib von (angeblich) versendeten Linsen anbelangt. Mir wurden nun allen Ernstes laut Hubble drei Mal Linsen zugesandt, zwei Mal aus Kulanz, weil das erste Paket anscheinend verschwand. Alle gingen an die selbe Adresse (und ja, die war korrekt angegeben). Hab mich nun dazu entschieden, den Service zu kündigen. Benötige halt Linsen und "überbrücke" bereits drei Monate mit Discounterlinsen. Wie gesagt, wenn's läuft, dann läuft's. Aber auch eben nur dann...

Everything with hubble is excellent…
Everything with hubble is excellent from online ordering to delivery to your door step. The aftercare is also great. I have dailies and the lenses are comfortable.
