Reps were always very nice. I did not need contact for my left eye. I sent all contacts for left eye back to Hubble and never was reimbursed and left eye contacts continued to be sent despite my calls, letter and returned product

I've had a chance to listen to your phone calls with our team, and from what I can hear, they were able to provide you with a refund, as well as cancel your subscription. I was told my subscription would be canceled and i would not be charged for next shipment. This was false as i recieved another shipment and was charged from my account. I had lasik surgery so i no longer need contacts and now i have another months supply for nothing.

I was able to listen to the phone call that you had with our team, and in it, you explained to our agent, Carlo, that you were aware that you were charged for an order the day before you called to cancel your subscription. Carlo cancelled your subscription, as requested, however I did notice that he did not send you a return label. I apologize for this misstep, and have asked Carlo to reach out to you with a return label as soon as he is available to do so. You have not been charged since cancelling your subscription. Good service, ok product.

The product is not terrible, but not better than my previous brand. I received a 30 day supply and was charged for it before I could cancel. I was not able to obtain a refund when I asked, even if I were to send the box back.

As the customer service agent you spoke with on the phone explained, it is Hubble's company policy that we are unable to accept returns if the outer shipping box was opened at any point in time, as these are medical devices, and we need to ensure that the lenses that are returned to our warehouse are not tampered with at all. The customer service can be easily contacted and if you want to cancel your subscriptions it's very easy, the contacts lenses is soft and doesn't hurt my eyes. I have astigmatism so is not suitable for my eyes. I hope they will consider this in the future. The delivery only takes few takes 3 business working days I live in the UK.

The service and price are excellent but the contacts didn’t fit my eyes properly. I have very dry eyes and they felt like sandpaper. There were also many instances where the contacts were inside out upon opening the package.
