Hi Michael, We are truly sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration. Our intention throughout this process was always to find a satisfactory solution for you. When the damage was reported, we offered free replacements according to our standard replacement timeframe of approximately 15–17 business days. We also discussed express shipping options; however, expedited delivery involved additional courier costs charged by the shipping provider. As an alternative, we agreed to provide a full refund. Please understand that once a refund is processed from our side, the time for the funds to appear in the customer’s account depends on the payment provider and banking system, which can typically take 2–5 business days. Unfortunately, while the refund process was ongoing, additional PayPal disputes and chargebacks were reopened, which complicated and delayed the process further. Despite this, we remained committed to resolving the matter and communicated continuously through email.
