This review is beyond overdue! I ordered the buffalo(bison) Crystal decanter back in February for my husband as an anniversary gift and Mark was extremely helpful and provided me with incredible service!! He promptly answered ALL of my messages lol and MADE SURE that I had my CUSTOMIZED item to gift to my husband on time!! He went above and beyond and my husband absolutely loved his gift! Thanks again!!
