I had an amazing experience with Human Capital Ventures. They helped me land a job at an Automotive Supplier, and the entire process was smooth. They kept me updated, gave me great interview tips, and really took the time to make sure I was a good fit. Honestly, one of the best recruiters I’ve worked with!

Philip Ringrow assisted me with my new acquired role with an amazing company. Phil was with me every step of the way! Prior to meeting Phil I ran into some horrific interviewing experiences. This was by far the best experience I’ve had in my employment career. Thanks again Phil!

Working with Phil Ringrow was a phenomenal experience, he was incredibly punctual and responsive with all communications, he went out of his way to make the interview process run smoothly and always kept me up to date from start to finish from the initial outreach through to onboarding. He is without a doubt the best recruiter I've ever worked and I would highly recommend him and Human Capital Ventures to anybody I know who requires assistance in finding top level talent for their business.

My recruiter at Human Capital Ventures was very timely in communicating with me. She was great about staying in touch and openly communicating where we were in the process. I never felt in the dark or alone while working with her

Dayne was excellent throughout the process. Firstly, she identified a role for me that is ideal (and my experience is quite specific). Secondly, she provided thorough insight into the role and company and was very knowledgeable of their policies. Thirdly, I felt genuinely that Dayne was championing my cause and on my “team” throughout the hiring processes. I would not hesitate to recommend Dayne to a colleague (in fact, I already have). Grateful for her diligence, patience and concern. I think her services will be hard to top.

Dayne, did not drop the ball throughout my long onboarding process. She even went on vacation and had a peer reach out to me just to make sure I was kept up to date and even got the ball moving forward. Dayne was very knowledgable and helpful leading into my first and second round interviews. She had insight and helpful tips to better prepare me for what was to come. If anyone has doubts, I assure you, you're in good hands!
