I just completed HYguru’s 2-day Step prep course and it was absolutely incredible. The sessions were packed with high-yield material, delivered in a way that was super clear and easy to retain. The explanations went beyond just facts, they really broke things down so I understood the why behind each concept. What really stood out was how personalized the course felt. The tailored study methods gave me a solid game plan for how to approach my Step prep efficiently. The included PDF handouts made it easy to follow along and take organized notes, and I know I’ll be coming back to them again and again as I review. If you want something focused, high-yield, and taught by someone who truly cares about helping you succeed, I highly recommend this course. It gave me a huge boost in confidence and clarity heading into dedicated!

I used the HyGuru prep course to study for USMLE Step 2 CK. My score increased by almost 40 points from my initial practice test to exam day in just one month. I found the course extremely helpful for keeping me organized and giving me a framework to use when approaching questions. The video series did an amazing job of breaking down difficult concepts and improving my understanding, and became my go-to resource whenever I needed an explanation of a topic. My only regret is not using HyGuru's course for Step 1 and during clerkships!

I first came across Dr. Damania's HY NBME concepts and utilized them for my CBSE/Comp which gave me the boost I needed to pass. Going through the P/F course really solidified my knowledge, and made me feel comfortable with NBME material. On Step 1 exam day, I recognized SO many NBME patterns and the active recall I built while using HyGuru resources gave me the P. Can't wait to use the same resources for shelfs and Step 2 prep. Highly recommend!!

The course is well structured and helpful to put all concepts together to better prepare for the exam. I do appreciate Dr. Damania's enthusiastic energy it helps especially studying and the hours get long. The course is built to help students with each core system and be able to do practice questions to test the amount of knowledge they are able to retain. Really helps establish a cycle where you can go to the questions if you have the background knowledge and then refer back to the handout as well to see if there are any important topics missed. The pattern recognitions is also developed with the attentive use of the course and prepares for the exam. I really do appreciate the course's help in building my knowledge. When needing any help or concerns Dr. Damania is very attentive and focused on the best possible way for the students success. This is really a great course to use and have as you continue your examination journey.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful feedback—I really appreciate you taking the time to share both the positives and where we need to improve. I’m glad the structure and energy of the course have been helpful in your prep. On the administrative side, I want to apologize sincerely for the frustration with emails going unanswered. Many student requests (renewals, extensions, timing questions) are quite nuanced and tied to USMLE timelines, so I’ve been trying to personally handle responses. That sometimes means I fall behind, but it’s because I don’t want to give generic answers when details really matter. I’d be more than happy to help you renew directly—please reach out to me at 513-484-5819 and I’ll make sure this gets taken care of. Thank you again for the kind words about the academic side, and for the grace in pointing out where we can be better.

Dr. Rahul Damania is not only an outstanding physician but also an inspiring professor and mentor. I recently subscribed to his course and, although there was an administrative delay in receiving a response due to the high volume of emails he manages, Dr. Damania went out of his way to personally reach out, sincerely apologize, and ensure my concerns were addressed. What impressed me most was his humility, kindness, and commitment to constant improvement. He took the time to acknowledge the issue, thank me for my patience, and reassure me that he is always striving to be better. This level of accountability and care is rare, and it truly speaks to his character and dedication to his students. I have been following his you tube channel since long ago he has a unique teaching style which is test taking strategies highly recommended to help you think outside the box as an IMG is 100% needed to learn to avoid getting trap in the long test questions given during the exam. His teaching style is engaging, his knowledge is exceptional, and his passion for medicine and education is evident in every interaction. I am grateful for his support and would highly recommend his courses to any student seeking both academic excellence and a mentor who genuinely cares about their growth. I’m looking forward to the upcoming class during the weekend of September 20th.
