There is customer servive, there's great costomer service... and then there's Hyperice's extraordinary customer service. Had an issue with a 9-month old unit and figured I'd contact them thinking I'd likely get the run around. Nothing could be further from the truth! Jackie P. took my info and... yada yada ... a day later a replacement was shipped. No muss, no fuss! Unbelievable!!

I have enjoyed using my NormaTec recovery boots since 2020 for general recovery or just a wonderful leg massage to wrap up a busy day. These boots were key in keeping my legs fresh and ready during Ironman training. This week I had a minor issue with the product so reached out via email. I had a very quick response from Breanna and after several messages with each other to gather information, my issue was quickly resolved. I’m in awe of this excellent customer service. These boots are not only well worth the investment but the ongoing customer service is added value. I highly recommend NormaTec boots by Hyperice!

Update after reading Hyperice's response: "Though the team has maintained consistent communication across all necessary channels, " I would think your customer would be a "necessary" channel. Not once, in a year, has Hyperice reached out with an update, to see how I was enjoying using the massage gun without the missing feature, or to let me know the issue is still being worked on. Heck, even reach out for troubleshooting help, since this problem is not widespread. Again, it's been a year. Don't sugarcoat it as "recent". And while I realize it's important to respond publicly to try to save face, it would've been a nice touch to reach out to me directly. ------------------------- Hyperice makes great hardware. There customer support is the worst I've ever come across. Constantly saying they are looking into the issue, then no word until I reach out, up to months later, asking the status. Still no resolution after a year.

After reviewing your communication with the team, I want to emphasize that we have not yet determined the root cause of the issue preventing your Pixel 9a Android device from connecting to our app. Though the team has maintained consistent communication across all necessary channels, and our app team has thoroughly investigated and troubleshot the issue, we have confirmed that this is not a common or widespread problem and are still working to identify the source of your connection issue. While we are genuinely sorry, we have not yet pinpointed the exact root cause of this issue. Rest assured, our team has exhausted all efforts to resolve it and find an effective solution.

I had my hyper volt for about two years and then it just completely fell apart. Reached out and within two days they were already sending me a replacement. Super nice people and great to work with.

It's rare to find a company who has amazing customer service, but Hyperice consistently does. Real people who respond to your emails and stand behind their products. I wish every company I worked with was as professional and helpful as the Hyperice support team. Highly recommend!!

Breanna in customer service was beyond amazing. She was friendly, fast efficient, and she solved my issue very quickly. Additionally, my spa uses many Hyperice products and I do personally as well. The quality of their products is outstanding and second to none.
